Thornhill is located at the northern border of the city of Toronto. The riding constitutes a diverse and unique community: new Canadians from many parts of the world live here and compose close to half of the riding’s population; has a high number of university/college-educated residences; is one of Greater Toronto Area’s most upscale regions in terms of household income; is religiously diverse, with a high incidence of Jewish and Catholic community members; thousands of students in the riding attend the close to 50 elementary and secondary schools that operate here; public libraries, parks and town centres are all part of our great Thornhill riding!
